No, all Piano City Palermo concerts are free of charge..
Which concert do I have to book?
You are required to book the opening event, the House Concerts, workshops, guided tours at the Teatro dei Pupi, and the concerts in Palazzo Forcella De Seta and in Palazzo De Gregorio. You will find information regarding the full programme at every concert venue.
Which concerts are free?
Most of the concerts are free to attend; you must book only where specified. Always check the operational mode for each concert in the programme.
The concert I want to go is fully booked. What can I do?
Keep on checking availability in case someone cancels his/her reservation. In this case, you will be able to book following normal procedure.
Which concerts are available?
Almost every concert is free to attend. But be careful: some events have limited capacity, therefore access is allowed until seats are available. We highly recommend you to go to the venue in advance to guarantee you get a seat.
How do I know if there are still free seats for an event which requires booking?
To check the availability of a concert, proceed with the booking procedure. If it is fully booked, you’ll see the notice.
What happens if the concert is outdoors (garden, yard) and it rains?
A partire dalla messa online del programma, potrai scaricare il programma in formato pdf direttamente dal sito. Inoltre da metà settembre potrai trovare il programma nei maggiori centri culturali di Palermo (musei, biblioteche, ecc.).
Cosa succede se il concerto è all'aperto (giardino, cortile) e piove?
The concerts are held in many different locations and the weather conditions can be unpredictable. We suggest you check the news on our website or on the Facebook page. If you are not told otherwise, we suggest you go to the venue, where you will find staff members who will give you the right instructions.
Why do some events not have ‘BOOKING box’?
the event may:
- Require booking, via email address or telephone number (click on DETAILS to find out).
- be free of charge until all seats are taken. We recommend you go to the event in advance to get you a seat.
Where can I find the programme for Piano City Palermo?
As soon as the online programme is released, you will be able to download the programme in PDF directly from the website. You will find the programme at the main cultural centres of Palermo (museum, libraries, etc.) from the mid of September.
